1. Check our online forum from a computer, making sure to have your phone or touch device in front of you.  We've answered most of the common questions people have on our support forum: www.raizlabs.com/support.
2. Problems like the Facebook (nul) issue and other common problems are explained on our forum.
3. If you've checked the forum and are still having trouble, send us a message on our contact forml. Please be as detailed as possible so we can help you solve your problem.
