Software Reinstall Instructions

Use these instructions if you have already purchased a Raizlabs product and need to reinstall it. You will not have to re-enter your credit card number.  If you made your purchase through our website and did not use the built in wizard please use this page instead

 

Step 1, click the register now button 

Step 2) Hold down the ALT key and press reinstall.

remember to hold down alt otherwise you will not see the reinstall button.

Step 3) Enter your registration information. Your order number was sent to you in an email and begins with ST

Click submit and you are done.

Note that this procedure will only work a certain number of times for each serial number to prevent abuse of this feature. If you have accidentally exceed your reinstall limit please contact our tech support for assistance.
