How It Started

Business owners frequently receive inadequate customer feedback, and most feedback is received weeks after the customer was served. This means that traditional paper surveys provide very little use to managers, and also don’t help managers immediately improve customer service or fix problems that may be happening that day. On the Spot Systems wanted to develop a system to provide businesses with instant survey information using simple geo-location based surveys.

What Happened?

Raizlabs worked with SurveyOnTheSpot to develop the iPhone application.  The app won the People’s choice award from the Boston based WebInno group and features geo-location services, social network features including twitter and facebook integration as well as camera integration. The SurveyOnTheSpot app helps business owners and managers get real-time insights into how well their businesses are serving guests each day by providing customers with an easy-to-use and comprehensive survey app, accessible by any smartphone or online.
