  1. Add photos to your gallery. These should be a set of photos for one auction

  2. Set your publishing options to publish to a folder on your web server. If you're going to list more than one auction, make the name of the folder something unique and easily identifiable. For help publishing see our  publishing help page.

  3. Once you reach the "Choose Your Template" tab, select the eBay Photo Hosting template and click "Next"

  4. The Gallery will then be created. If everything looks okay, click "Finish" and the gallery will be copied to your website.

  5. Once that's complete. Simply visit the gallery on the web. The gallery will show both a preview and allow you to copy the HTML needed to get the gallery over to eBay. Place your mouse cursor into the text box and press Ctrl-C to copy the text to the clipboard

  6. You're now ready to paste the code into your auction listing. Log into eBay and create a listing as normal. Once you've chosen your category and are faced with the "Enter your description" task, simply choose the "Enter your own HTML" tab, and paste the gallery HTML into the text box. Enter your item description and terms as you normally would.

  7. Go through the rest of the listing steps and then verify that everything is working correctly and then publish.
